研究了莱得尔切片法测定木材管胞长度过程中的具体实现方法，讨论了采用该方法在实验测试过程中的精确度问题，并且与离析法测定管胞长度进行比较，分析了采用该方法测量的可信度。结果表明，该方法完全可以满足测量管胞长度的要求，具有测量速度快，并能确定所测管胞的准确位置，是研究木材生长轮管胞长度变异规律的有效方法之一。
The method to determine the length of wood tracheids by Lydell method was studied. The accuracy of the method was discussed and the length of tracheids was compared with the method of analysis. The credibility of the measurement. The results show that the method can meet the requirement of measuring the tracheid length, and has the advantages of fast measuring speed and accurate determination of the tracheid cell location. It is one of the effective methods to study the variation of tracheid length.
