我校少数学生在中长跑竞赛中或竞赛结束后突然发生上消化道出血和（或）短暂精神失常。现把资料较完整的10例报道如下。1一股资料1985年5月至1993年5月．因参加运动会或越野赛跑而出现呕血和（或）精神失常症状者共10人。其中男生3人，女生7人，年龄10～18岁。运动量均在1400m
