BPR 与钼形成紫红色络合物,富集于0.3克阴离子交换树脂相上,直接用分光光度法测定.络合物最大吸收波长在595—600nm.0—30μgMO/250ml 符合比尔定律,应用于天然水中测定每升含10微克钼。仍可获得较好的结果.
