肾盂神经纤维瘤为罕见肿瘤,其体征及检查结果于术前不易辨其良恶性。我院于1990年4月收治肾盂神经纤维瘤1例报告如下: 患者女,41岁。以左后腰部胀闷,腰酸隐痛时隐时现半年来院就诊。无尿频尿急尿痛,无肉眼血尿,无发烧,无而部及肢体浮肿。经B超检查为左肾下极实性肿物收入院。入院体查:血压:120/90mmHg;体温:36.2℃;脉搏:82次/分;心肺听诊正常。肝、脾不大;肾脏未能及,左肾区轻度叩击
