高原性心脏病和肺原性心脏病,在心电图和X线片表现上均有相似之处。根据平原地区的标准,诊断高原地区的肺心病发病率,往往偏高。我省地处高原,在高原心电图特点方面虽已做不少工作,但至今尚无不同海拔的诊断标准。为此,我们检查了心电图188例,强分析如下,以供参考:
