本文研究光皮树油在磷酸-乙醇作用下的脱胶、脱酸效果,酸值由23.18(KOH)/(mg/g)降到0.35(KOH)/(mg/g),磷脂含量由0.110%降至0.012%。在自制的K2CO3负载于ZrO2固体催化剂作用下,通过单因素分析,精炼的光皮树油制备生物柴油的最佳条件为:n(甲醇):n(光皮树油)=6:1、反应温度60℃、反应时间60min,催化剂加入量为5%。红外光谱分析证明,光皮树油与甲醇发生了酯交换反应,所得产物为生物柴油。
In this paper, the degumming and deacidification effects of the light tree oil under the action of phosphoric acid-ethanol were studied.
