本文简要介绍了国内外对城市地下管线实施阴极保护工程的一些现状、经验，存在的问题和发展趋势。明确提出了对城市地下管线实施涂层加阴极保护（即所谓“双保护”技术）的必要性。呼吁尽早实现国家立法，或地方立法、企业立法。应要求新建项目地下管线均须施加阴极保护；对现役运行的旧管线可制订规划，分期分批实施阴极保护补充改造工程。阴极保护工程的质量控制是影响防腐蚀效能的重要环节。阴极保护系统运行期的良好日常管理维护，可以显著提高效能，延长服役寿命。在阴极保护工程技术中尚存在许多现代技术问题，有待国内外阴极保护专家研究解决。
This article briefly introduces some current situations, experiences, existing problems and development trends in the implementation of cathodic protection projects for urban underground pipelines at home and abroad. The need for coating plus cathodic protection (ie, the so-called “double protection” technology) for urban underground pipelines has been clearly stated. Call for the early implementation of national legislation, or local legislation, corporate legislation. Cathodic protection shall be applied to the underground pipelines of newly-built projects; the old pipelines in operation shall be planned, and the cathodic protection and supplementary reconstruction projects shall be implemented in batches. The quality control of the cathodic protection project is an important link that affects the anti-corrosion performance. The good day-to-day management and maintenance of the cathodic protection system during the operation period can significantly improve the performance and prolong service life. There are still many modern technical problems in the cathodic protection engineering technology, which needs to be solved by domestic and foreign cathodic protection experts.
