作为一个人民教师,对自己的学生应該有全面而深入的了解。只有建筑在这个基础之上,才能順利而有效地进行教育和教学的工作,才能培养学生成为符合国家要求的社会主义社会全面發展的新人。所以,了解学生便成为教师重要的經常的工作之一。教师必須学会了解学生这个本領。
As a teacher of the people, we should have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of our students.
