From September 25 to 27, 2004, “International Forum on Chinese Calligraphy and Culture - International Symposium on the Construction and Development of Higher Calligraphy Education” sponsored by the Institute of Chinese Calligraphy and Culture, Capital Normal University More than 60 delegates from Japan, South Korea, mainland China and Hong Kong attended the conference at the International Cultural Center at Capital Normal University.
