评选出一种含某些活性组分的活性炭催化剂,运转时能提供参与反应的碘,使其脱SO_2性能远超过原炭。考察了各种反应条件对催化活性和吸附量的影响。还进行了680小时的催化剂稳定性试验。又建立了有4个塔切换操作的中间工厂,每小时处理燃煤烟气5000米~3,运转结果与实验室完全一致。在烟气中SO_2为3000—4000ppm,烟温为55—65℃,空速为400—500小时~(-1),吸附时间18—20小时的条件下,其中SO_2转化率在90%以上约占12—15小时。吸附量可达12—14克SO_2/100克催化剂。经过五级洗涤再生,副产硫酸浓度可达20%。1800小时稳定性试验,表明催化剂的活性基本稳定。
A kind of activated carbon catalyst with some active components was selected to provide the iodine involved in the reaction during operation, so that the SO2 removal performance far exceeds the original carbon.
