伊图里河分局地处边远山区,受电于不可靠的林业电源,对分局配备的备用电源发电机组使用的冷却水,是一项急需解决的凝难问题。乌尔旗汗电厂发电机组使用冷却水,每年有八个月需防冻放水,用以保证管网不冻结,每年放掉了上万吨水。既要保证对行车的不间断供电,又要解决大量防冻放水问题,节约水力资源。伊图里河水电段通过科技攻关建立自成体系的小型水源基地,适应发电机组备用发电的特点,同时符合国务院改水工作会议精神。
The Ituri River Branch is located in remote mountainous areas and receives electricity from unreliable forest power. The cooling water used by the backup power generators provided by the branch is an urgent problem to be solved. The power generation unit of the Urqihan Power Plant uses cooling water, which requires eight months of antifreeze and water discharge every year to ensure that the pipe network is not frozen and that thousands of tons of water are discharged each year. It is necessary to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the traffic, but also to solve a large number of anti-freeze and water discharge problems, saving water resources. The Ituri River hydropower section has established a self-contained small-scale water source base through scientific and technological breakthroughs, adapting to the features of generators’ standby power generation, and meeting the spirit of the State Council’s Water Improvement Work Conference.
