目的为了解桦甸市餐饮行业餐(饮)具卫生状况。方法采用大肠菌群快速检测纸片法进行现场随机检测。结果总合格率80。10%,不同餐饮行业,不同餐(饮)具,不同月份均有差异。结论应加强中小型餐饮业的餐具消毒工作的监管。
Purpose To understand Huadian City restaurant industry catering (drinking) with health status. Methods Coliform bacteria rapid detection of paper method for random on-site testing. The results of the total pass rate of 80.10%, different catering industry, different meals (drink) with different months are different. Conclusion The supervision of tableware disinfection in small and medium catering industry should be strengthened.
