2004年1月16日,我所召开了《鱼雷技术》编委会第6次扩大会议,编委会委员和部分特邀专家、信息中心领导以及编辑部全体成员参加了会议。会议由编委会委员何长富副所长主持,编委会副主任委员董春鹏总工程师代表编委会发言。与会人员认真听取了编辑部就2003年办刊工作所作的汇报,并为进一步提高办刊质量出谋划策,大家就刊物的稿源、审稿、光盘版、统计源刊、保密及国际化等目前面临的矛盾和问题进行了重点讨论,为办刊提出了不少切实可行的建议,进一步明确了刊物发展方向。
