随着经济体制改革,矿山井下主要生产工人实行计件工资制已比较普遍。计件工资制调动了生产工人的积极性,对矿山生产起到了促进作用。但是,由于对实行计件工资的生产工人只考核生产任务完成数量以计发工资,与所用设备的完好状况不挂钩,故常出现拚设备的情况,因而增加了修理工人的工作量,但设备修理工人的工资奖金却是固定的,而且比较低。所以,实行计件工资之后,设备状况越来越差,完好率越来越低,甚至到了严重威胁正常生产的地步。 针对这种情况,我们认为应该在加强思想政治工作和行政管理的同时,要结合经济手段来强化设备维修,具体做法是: 1.强调设备操作工人维护设备的责任。由机动与企管、劳资部门共同拟定了“计件工资补充规定”,采取计件工资与所用设备状况挂钩
