从台湾来的王明信先生是第一次到云南。他一走下飞机就感到吃惊,原来昆明是一座现代化的美丽城市,许多建筑都很气派。他说过去在台湾了解云南的机会很少,传媒很少有介绍,只知道云南是祖国的西南边疆,那里有很多民族,原以为是一个落后的地方。 当快要离开云南的时候,他说:“这次云南之行让我终生难忘。” 升旗和开幕 同王先生一起从台湾来到云南的,共有94人,他们组成了台湾原住民龙舟队及观摩团前来参加第五届全国少数民族传统体育运动会——去年11月4日下午六时,台湾原住民龙舟队的队旗在昆明市拓东体育场高高升起,同全国各省、直辖市和自治区等代表团的旗帜一同在风中飞舞。
