目的探讨口服亿活(布拉酵母菌)、蒙脱石散联合灌肠治疗新生儿高胆红素血症(NH)的治疗体会。方法对2012年1—12月在我院就诊的178例高胆红素血症新生儿的临床资料行回顾性分析。结果较之对照组,观察组患儿加用亿活,蒙脱石散联合灌肠治疗,显效率、总有效率均明显高,治疗后3d、5d的血清胆红素水平下降更明显,光疗时间、黄疸消退时间均明显短(P<0.05),但电解质水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且均在正常范围。结论口服亿活,蒙脱石散联合灌肠治疗NH,可行、有效且安全,值得深究推广。
Objective To investigate the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia (NH) by oral administration of 100 million live cells (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and montmorillonite powder combined with enema. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 178 cases of neonates with hyperbilirubinaemia treated in our hospital from January to December in 2012. Results Compared with the control group, the children in the observation group were treated with 100 million live and montmorillonite powder combined with enema, the markedly effective rate and total effective rate were significantly higher. Serum bilirubin level decreased more obviously on the 3rd and 5th day after treatment, , Jaundice extinction time were significantly shorter (P <0.05), but the electrolyte level difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), and are in the normal range. Conclusions Orally administered 100 million live, montmorillonite combined enema treatment of NH, feasible, effective and safe, worthy of further study.
