目的建立用高效液相色谱法同时测定饮料中的7种食品添加剂的方法。方法采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇─乙酸铵为流动相进行梯度洗脱,以0.02 mol/L流速下,采用紫外检测器,一次直接进样,同时测定7种食品添加剂。结果该方法在10.0~50.0μg/L范围内具有良好线性,相关系数均达到0.999。结论该方法一次分离7种食品添加剂,简便、快捷,适合批量样品同时几种添加剂的测定。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 7 food additives in beverages by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods A C18 column was used with gradient elution with methanol - ammonium acetate as the mobile phase. At a flow rate of 0.02 mol / L, UV detector was used to directly inject one sample simultaneously. Seven kinds of food additives were also determined. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 10.0-50.0 μg / L with the correlation coefficient of 0.999. Conclusion The method of separation of seven kinds of food additives, simple, fast, suitable for bulk samples at the same time the determination of several additives.
