笔者临证运用二黄乌冰散治疗多种外科病证,如湿疹、口疮、口糜、化脓性中耳炎、乳头皲裂、脚气等,均取得了一定的疗效,现简介如下。方药组成:黄连10克,大黄6克,乌贼骨15克,冰片2克,研末过筛,装瓶备用。功效:清热燥湿,解毒止痒,敛疮生肌。用法:有滋水渗出者,用药粉直接涂于患处;无渗液者,用上等清茶水调成糊状,涂于患处。
The author clinically used Erhuangwubing powder to treat a variety of surgical syndromes, such as eczema, aphthous ulcers, oral fistula, suppurative otitis media, papillary cleft palate, and athlete’s foot, all of which achieved certain curative effects. Recipe: 10 grams of Coptis, 6 grams of rhubarb, 15 grams of cuttlefish bone, 2 grams of borneol, sifting into the end of the study, bottling spare. Efficacy: heat dampness, detoxification itching, sore muscles convergence. Usage: If there is noxious exudation, apply powder directly to the affected area; if there is no exudate, use a fine tea water to make a paste and apply it to the affected area.
