当前,面对国际金融危机蔓延深化及国内国家对房地产市场宏观调控不放松不动摇的经济形势,建筑施工企业资金紧缺到了前所未有的程度。特别是2011年以来,银行信贷紧缩,商品房限购政策的出台,严重影响了建设方的资金回笼,从而使建筑施工企业面临更加紧张的资金短缺局面。加强资金管理,已成为施工企业刻不容缓的首要工作。
