天然气集输管道弯头处在腐蚀和冲刷的协同侵蚀下容易快速减薄,影响管道运行安全,因此有必要对管道弯头处进行壁厚测量。介绍利用超声波测厚技术在天然气集输管网弯头部位壁厚抽检中的应用,举例说明该技术在西南油气田温泉区块某气田地面集输管道上弯头部位应用情况,结果表明0012~0035弯管部位冲蚀较为严重,应该重点分析内腐蚀原因,为指导被捡管线的运行、维护、维修与更换提出科学公正的检测数据。
Natural gas gathering pipe elbow corrosion and scouring in the erosion of synergies easy to quickly thinning, affecting the safety of the pipeline operation, it is necessary to pipe wall thickness measurement elbow. This paper introduces the application of ultrasonic thickness measurement technology in sampling the wall thickness of elbow section of natural gas gathering pipe network and illustrates the application of this technology in the elbow section of the gas gathering pipeline in the hot spring block of Southwest Oil and Gas Field. ~ 0035 Elbow parts erosion is more serious, we should focus on the analysis of the causes of internal corrosion, pipelines to be picked up for the operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of scientific and fair testing data.
