一、概述随着集成电路在电视机、收录机中广泛应用,功放集成电路使用愈来愈多,许多集成电路的封装需要金属散热片.国外在塑封中带散热片形式较多.国内由于技术上的原因不少厂家采用了多种形状的陶瓷带金属散热片的外壳,为适应封装厂需要,我们曾研制并生产多种形式陶瓷带金属散热片的外壳,大部分已达到陶瓷外壳的技术指标,进行了批量生产,降低了成本,满足了用户的要求.二、散热片材料金属散热片用于陶瓷外壳应满足三个条件:1.与陶瓷能很好封接.2.适应还原气氛中焊接.3.具有良好的导热性能.精密合金4J29(柯伐)具有与陶瓷相接近
