为便于菇农就地取材扩制母种,我们进行了用小米做凤尾菇母种扩大培养基试验,取得了良好的效果,现简报如下。 (一)培养基配制:小米适量,加水量为小米的1.2～1.3倍。小米用量以试管大小而定,20×200mm的试管可装小米5克,加水6毫升(不可过量),用棉塞封口后置高压锅内120℃灭菌半小时或常压灭菌2小时,冷却后于无菌条件下在培养基上打一个深达管底的小洞即可接种。
