建立了间歇精馏无回流操作过程的数学模型,采用四阶龙格库塔法求解初值问题,计算无回流开工过程及间歇精馏脉动操作过程中无回流周期内各塔板浓度变化的动态特性.结果表明,无回流开工与以往无浓度梯度开工过程相比,可缩短开工时间;对间歇精馏脉动操作过程的模拟计算结果表明,无回流操作可使塔内轻组分迅速上移,但塔内浓度梯度受到破坏.
A mathematic model of batch distillation without reflux operation was established. The fourth-order Runge-Kutta method was used to solve the initial value problem.
