对 12名散打运动员进行Wingate测试 ,探讨了最大功率的时间特征。同时发现散打运动员最大功率 体重、平均功率 体重存在运动水平差异 ,负荷后血乳值也存在运动水平的差异 ,但负荷后心率没有出现运动水平的差异 ,说明了Wingate测试对评价散打运动员的运动水平具有重要的意义。 30s负荷后血乳值达到较高的水平 (优秀组 :12 .38mmol L ,一般组 :10 .18mmol L) ,提示散打运动项目是一项以无氧代谢供能为主的运动项目
Wingate test was performed on 12 Sanda athletes to explore the time characteristics of maximum power.
