中国经济发展已处在关键阶段,经济结构转型也到了关键时期。在科学发展观的指导下,绿色发展经济已成为时代的主题。以往也证明,主导产业在经济发展中总是起着关键的角色带头推动作用,主导产业的选择是否合理从根本上决定着区域的经济发展成果。就是从新时期的发展观念出发,即可持续绿色发展的大背景结合传统主导产业的特征,进一步延伸,推到出可持续条件下主导产业所需要蕴涵的新的特征。
China’s economic development has been at a crucial stage and the economic restructuring has also reached a crucial stage. Under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, the green economy has become the theme of the times. In the past, it has also been proved that leading industries always play a key role in promoting economic development and that the leading industries’ choices are reasonable and basically determine the economic development results in the region. It is from the development concept in the new era that the background of sustainable green development combines the characteristics of the traditional dominant industries and further extends to push forward the new features needed by the leading industries under sustainable conditions.
