目的探讨复合型鼠类不育剂CQ-1对鸡的安全性。方法试验设不育剂饵料4个浓度为0、10、15、20mg/kg,对鸡连续无选择饲喂10d,给药结束继续观察30d后解剖所有个体,记录鸡的一般体征、取食量、体重、产蛋率、内脏器官等指标,并与对照组比较,评价复合型鼠类不育剂CQ-1对非靶动物的安全性。结果不育剂处理下鸡的一般体征无明显异常,对照组的取食量最高为(0.44±0.12)g/kg,3个不育剂处理组取食量均显著低于对照组,鸡平均食入纯药量最高为20mg/kg的处理达(4.20±1.44)μg/kg。3个处理组鸡的体重有暂时性下降,而对照组鸡的体重持续增长。3个处理组鸡的产蛋率均有下降,15mg/kg处理组下降幅度最多,达到49.3%,第41~50天,3个不育剂处理组产蛋率回升均可恢复正常。解剖检查脏器,3个不育剂处理组均无明显异常,内脏系数和对照组相比差异无统计学意义。结论复合型鼠类不育剂CQ-1对鸡毒性较小,最高浓度20mg/kg连续无选择饲喂10d不会导致鸡死亡,虽然不育剂会使鸡的体重和产蛋率下降,但均可恢复。
Objective To investigate the safety of compound mouse steroid CQ-1 on chickens. Methods Four infertility baits were tested at 0, 10, 15, and 20 mg / kg.
