目的:分析常用检验指标在大量输血前后的变化情况。方法:以我院2015年12月23日至2017年3月9日大量输血患者27例为研究对象,所有患者均于输血前、输血后一天采集血液样本,使用血凝分析仪、血细胞计数仪、生化分析仪检测常用检验指标水平。观察输血前后相关检验指标数据。结果:分析发现,常用检验指标方面,输血后血小板、凝血酶原时间、活血部分凝血活酶时间、血清钙数据分别为(107.39±8.20)×109/L、(31.35±5.69)s、(93.98±3.47)s、(1.67±0.38)nmol/L,较输血前差异较大,P值小于0.05;输血后血清钠、血清钾以及纤维蛋白数据,与输血前不存在对比价值,P值大于0.05。结论:大量输血后,机体相关常用检验指标会出现显著变化,临床应保证合理用血,加强体征监测,避免并发症发生。
Objective: To analyze the changes of common test indexes before and after massive blood transfusion. Methods: Twenty-seven patients with massive blood transfusion from December 23, 2015 to March 9, 2017 in our hospital were enrolled. All patients were collected before blood transfusion and one day after blood transfusion. Blood samples were collected with blood coagulation analyzer, , Biochemical analyzer test common test indicators. Observed before and after transfusion related test data. Results: The common test indexes showed that blood platelets, prothrombin time, blood partial thromboplastin time and serum calcium were (107.39 ± 8.20) × 109 / L, (31.35 ± 5.69) s, (93.98 ± 3.47) s, (1.67 ± 0.38) nmol / L respectively, which was significantly different from that before transfusion and P value was less than 0.05. There was no significant difference in serum sodium, serum potassium and fibrin between before and after transfusion . Conclusion: After massive blood transfusion, there are significant changes in the commonly used indicators of the body. Clinical use of blood should be ensured to enhance the monitoring of the signs and avoid the occurrence of complications.
