患者刘×,为裴营乡赶牛车的农民,男,56岁,于92年10月6日中午,在其鞭打牛时,被牛鞭梢误伤了自己的左眼角皮肤、眼脸及眼球。当时疼痛、流泪。2时后,感奇痒、剧痛,即去村卫生所点眼药水、氯霉素眼膏不见效,在7日上午9时到市医院,检查左眼角皮肤、眼结膜及角膜上有伤痕,周围皮肤青肿、发硬,从眼裂中流出血性浓汁。并伴有头痛、谵忘不安,畏寒、高热T40.6度,血像WBC30×10~9/LNO.95/L,细胞内并有大量中毒性颗粒。临床考虑:左眼角及眼结膜、角膜外伤性急性感染,并伴有败血症。
