目的了解泰州市公共场所中央空调冷却水的军团菌污染状况,为预防和控制疾病传播提供依据。方法于2009年-2012年,在泰州市城区的公共场所采集集中式中央空调冷却塔水180份,分别进行传统细菌分离培养和嗜肺军团菌荧光PCR核酸检测。结果 180份空调冷却水中,传统细菌分离培养法检出嗜肺军团菌水样55份,检出率为30.56%(55/180);嗜肺军团菌荧光PCR核酸检测出阳性水样64份,阳性率为35.56%(64/180)。结论泰州市公共场所中央空调冷却水中嗜肺军团菌污染较为严重,应引起相关部门的足够重视,防止军团菌的暴发与流行。
Objective To understand the status of Legionella contamination in the central air-conditioning cooling water of public places in Taizhou City, and provide a basis for the prevention and control of disease transmission. Methods From 2009 to 2012, 180 central air conditioning and cooling tower water samples were collected from public places in urban areas of Taizhou City. The traditional bacterial isolation and culture and the detection of Legionella pneumophila fluorescent PCR nucleic acid were respectively performed. Results In 180 air-conditioned chilled water, 55 Legionella pneumophila water samples were detected by traditional bacterial isolation and culture method, with the detection rate of 30.56% (55/180). Legionella pneumophila fluorescent nucleic acid detected 64 positive samples, The positive rate was 35.56% (64/180). Conclusion The contamination of Legionella pneumophila in the central air-conditioning cooling water of public places in Taizhou is more serious, which should be paid enough attention by relevant departments to prevent the outbreak and prevalence of Legionella.
