利用辐射诱变、组织培养和毒素筛选技术,在35份小麦材料上进行了抗赤霉病突变体的离体筛选。研究了辐射、毒素及其两者结合对离体培养效果的影响。选出了3个抗病性强、农艺性状好的突变体。
In vitro screening of 35 wheat cultivars for resistance to Fusarium head blight was carried out using radiation mutagenesis, tissue culture and toxin screening. Effects of radiation, toxins and their combination on in vitro culture effects were studied. Three mutants with strong disease resistance and good agronomic traits were selected.
