随着社会经济的不断发展,科技的不断创新,各行各业都在注重人才的培养。而现代的学徒制从本质上来看,就是一种在某个领域上的技能型培养模式。在通信行业领域中,相关的技术以及知识的掌握是非常具有专业性的。在这一情况下,就要进行针对性的培养,利用学徒制的培养模式,就可以在一定程度上,制定学徒制的相关内容,建立相关的管理制度,从而完善高职通信专业的建设。所以,本文就现代学徒制在我国通信行业人才的培养进行讨论和探究。
