一.绪言大蒜鳞茎的形成与蒜苔的发育,作者(1953)曾指出具有不同的外界环境的要求。蒜苔的发育,主要的要通过一个低温的时期;而鳞茎的形成,主要的要有较长的光照。但是低温和光照,以及其他环境条件,都不是单独的作用,而是这些条件综合的作用。关于大蒜的抽苔问题,Алексеева(1959)及Эдельщтейн(1953)先后指出:大蒜的分为有苔种与无苔种,係由于栽植时期不同的结果。若在秋天栽植的,就会抽苔;而在春天栽植的,便不会抽蒜苔。
I. INTRODUCTION The formation of garlic bulbs and the development of garlic moss, the author (1953) has pointed out the requirements of different external environments. The development of garlic, the main one to pass a low temperature period; and the formation of bulbs, the main need to have a longer light. However, low temperature and light, as well as other environmental conditions, are not alone, but the combined effect of these conditions. On the issue of garlic bolting, Алексеева (1959) and Эдельщтейн (1953) have pointed out: Garlic is divided into with and without moss species, due to the different stages of planting results. If planted in autumn, will be bolting; planted in the spring, they will not smoke garlic.
