我们研制成功一种经济实用、性能稳定、效果可靠、操作简便的饮水消毒器,采用耐酸碱抗腐蚀的高分子中空纤维非终断净化技术和紫外线360度全方位照射灭菌多级协同作用的原理。该消毒器如同一只手提箱大小,净重4kg左右。凡是有水源和220伏电源的任何场合都可使用,不受制约地随时接上电源打开水笼头即可提供(150-2001/h)洁净水,既可装瓶(250ml水瓶600-800瓶/小时)供动物饮用,又可作为清洁区卫生用水。根据需要可以加大流量,最大达3501/h。生物效果的测试:在水压0.05-0.08pa流量150-200l/h的条件下,我们测试自来水中自然菌、人为加入大肠杆菌8099株、枯草芽胞杆菌ATCC9372株三种水样的消毒试验。并分别观察分级处理和全程协同处理的效果。全程协同效果:自来水中自然菌由5.22cfn/ml降到零(cfn示细菌菌落);大肠杆菌由5.6×10 ̄6cfn/ml降到零;枯草杆菌由5.0×10 ̄6cfn/ml降到零。仅经一二级处理大肠杆菌达99.99%的消除率,枯草杆菌也达99.9%的消除率(因流量3001/h);仅经三级处理大肠杆菌由5.6×105cfn/ml降到零。
