国家教委、卫生部1986年12月2日联合签发(86)教体字018号文件,对学校卫生保健人员有关政策性问题作出具体规定。《规定》指出: “为了加强学校卫生保健人员队伍建设,鼓励他们积极钻研业务,不断提高业务水平,认真做好学校卫生保健工作,为培养四化建设的合格人才贡献力量,经与财政部、劳动人事部协商同意,特做如下规定。
On December 2, 1986, the State Education Commission and the Ministry of Health jointly issued (86) Document No. 018 for teaching and learning to make specific provisions on the policy issues concerning school health personnel. The “Regulations” states: "In order to strengthen the team building of health care workers in schools, encourage them to actively study their businesses, continuously improve their professional standards, conscientiously do a good job in school health care, contribute to the training of qualified personnel for the four modernizations, Labor and Personnel Department agreed, special provisions as follows.
