在弱磁环境下对钢板的应力集中区域检测进行了仿真和实验研究。根据弱磁场环境下磁检测金属材料应力集中区域方法,研究金属材料应力变化对磁信号的影响,通过有限元分析的方法对钢板在磁场环境下进行ANSYS的仿真运算,研究钢板表面漏磁场磁力线变化情况。以钢条为实验对象,通过实验来检测铁磁材料表面应力集中区域磁信号的变化情况,验证应力集中的存在引起磁信号的变化。结果表明,弱磁检测方法可以检测出金属材料应力集中区域的应力变化,作为铁磁材料应力集中区域的检测手段。
Under the weak magnetic environment, the stress concentration area of the steel plate was simulated and experimentally studied.
