1926年万氏兄弟在上海的亭子间里拍成了“大闹画室”,开创了中国动画片的先河。经过几代人六十多年的奋斗,中国动画在世界上取得了举世瞩目的成就。特别是六十年代初和八十年代初美影厂的二度辉煌时期,《大闹天宫》、《牧笛》、《哪吒闹海》、《三个和尚》等一大批具有鲜明民族风格的动画片在世界动画之林脱颖而出,并在国际上屡获殊荣,达到了同一时期的世界一流水平。八十年代后期,中国动画片生产进入了一个艰难的时期。美影厂面临市场经济的猛烈冲击,四十年来原有的计划经济制片体制已远远不能适应和满足广大观众的需求。如何迎接动画市场的挑战?我认为需要动画生产方式和经营机制的转轨,更需要创作观念的转轨。随着电视的普及和影视动画媒体的迅猛发展,
