化工过程模拟软件在化工和炼油领域有着广泛的应用,根据功能可将模拟软件划分为描述化工设备的单元操作模块、描述物流性质的热力学模块、对石油进行处理的石油馏分等功能模块,不同模拟软件厂商对这些功能模块都有着独特的数学模型和处理方法。为便于不同模块问的集成,欧盟制定了描述接口规范的CAPE-OPEN标准。本文对CAPE-OPEN标准、模拟软件框架结构、模拟软件开发步骤进行了简单的描述,最终实现了一款完全遵循CAPE-OPEN标准的模拟软件,并利用实际工艺数据对模拟软件进行了测试。
Chemical process simulation software has a wide range of applications in the field of chemical engineering and oil refining. According to the functions, the simulation software can be divided into unit operation modules that describe chemical equipment, thermodynamic modules that describe the nature of logistics, petroleum distillates that process petroleum, and other simulations Software vendors have unique mathematical models and approaches to these functional modules. In order to facilitate the integration of different modules, the EU developed a CAPE-OPEN standard that describes the interface specifications. In this paper, the CAPE-OPEN standard, simulation software framework and simulation software development steps are briefly described. Finally, a simulation software that fully conforms to the CAPE-OPEN standard is implemented and the simulation software is tested with the actual process data.
