随着信托市场的进一步成熟,我国信托公司之间的竞争将会越来越激烈,信托公司之间的差距将拉大,现有的齐头并进的局面将打破。那些处于金字塔底层的信托公司的数量将减少,而处于中层和顶层的公司数目将增加,金字塔形状将逐步演变为中间大、两头小的形状。我国信托机构需要从培养高素质的营销、理财、研发人才着手,努力提高自身的核心竞争力,带动整个信托行业的素质提升,逐步缩小与银行、证券等金融同业的差距。
