制备了反式 1 ,4 聚异戊二烯 (TPI)形状记忆功能材料 ,考察了硫黄用量、炭黑、防老剂和不同老化条件对材料物理力学性能和形变热刺激温度的影响。结果表明 ,TPI硫化胶的形变热刺激温度随硫黄用量的增加而降低 ,在形状记忆材料中 ,硫黄用量不应大于 2 5份 ;加入炭黑可提高胶料的定伸应力和拉伸强度 ,同时也使热刺激温度特别是老化后胶料的热刺激温度有明显提高 ;防老剂除了可改善TPI形状记忆材料的老化性能外 ,还有提高热刺激温度的作用 ,防老剂 40 1 0对本体系有较好防护效果
The trans-1,4-polyisoprene (TPI) shape memory functional materials were prepared. The effects of sulfur dosage, carbon black, antioxidant and aging conditions on the physical and mechanical properties of the materials and the thermal stimulus temperature were investigated. The results show that the thermal deformation temperature of TPI vulcanizate decreases with the increase of sulfur content. In the shape memory material, the amount of sulfur should not be more than 25 parts. The addition of carbon black can increase the tensile stress and tensile strength of the vulcanizate. At the same time, the thermal stimulation temperature, especially the thermal stimulation temperature of the rubber compound after aging, is significantly improved. In addition to improving the aging properties of the TPI shape memory material, the antioxidant also has the effect of increasing the thermal stimulation temperature. The antioxidant 4010, A better protective effect
