2013年12月26日下午,市工人文化宫座无虚席,来自全市各条战线的干部职工和群众代表,齐聚一堂,参加第三届道德模范表彰大会。市委书记上官吉庆,市委副书记、代市长钱引安,市政协主席张民义,市委副书记陈光明等出席颁奖典礼,并与受表彰的道德模范合影留念。评选表彰的11位道德模范分别是:获得特别奖,子债父还、一诺千金的严平安;获得见义勇为奖,临危不惧、舍己为人的杨小卫,奋不顾身、救助小孩的罗亮亮;获得助人为乐奖,善行无疆、润物无声的姜秀莲,送人玫瑰、手有余香
On the afternoon of December 26, 2013, the city’s workers’ culture house was packed with representatives of cadres and workers and people from all walks of life in the city to attend the 3rd Ethics Model Awards. Party Secretary Shangguan Jiqing, deputy secretary of Municipal Party Committee, acting mayor Qian Yin, Municipal CPPCC Chairman Zhang Minyi, Chen Guangming, deputy secretary of municipal Party committee attended the award ceremony, and with the moral model of commendation for a group photo.
