1977年7月,邓小平恢复工作后担任了党中央副主席兼国务院副总理。他自告奋勇地兼管教育,而他抓教育的第一件事情,就是对教育系统进行拨乱反正。
In July 1977, after returning to work, Deng Xiaoping assumed the position of Vice Chairman of the Central Party Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council. He volunteered to co-ordinate education, and the first thing he did to grasp education was to rectify the education system.
