教师精心策划一种切实可行的教学方案,形成制度,用制度这种宏观的情境去约束、刺激学生,自觉、自主地创设、投入富有个性的活动中。这方面笔者感受最深的是在阅读与欣赏课上。我的阅读与欣赏课每周一次,采用的是学生讲名著的形式。一开始,学生讲课的方式是比较单一的一讲到底,加一点板书,逐渐的他们把教师讲课的所有手段都学了过去,投影、实物投影、放录音、配音乐、配图片、放录像,还有短剧表演等等,显示了不凡的学习和创造能力。
