加速性心室自身节律(Accelerated Idoventricular Rhythm,AIVR)是一种比较少见的心律失常。常发生于急性心肌梗塞的初期阶段,并且容易与发作性室性心动过速(以下简称室速)相混淆。现将我们遇到的1例报告如下,并结合文献,对其诊断和治疗略加讨论。
Accelerated Idoventricular Rhythm (AIVR) is a relatively rare cardiac arrhythmia. Often occurs in the early stages of acute myocardial infarction, and easily confused with episodic ventricular tachycardia (hereinafter referred to as VT).
