引言口服和非经肠应用氟化物对动物的作用方面的研究大大多于经肺吸入氟化物方面的研究。本文报道以0.6—29mg/m~3HF(工业污染最高值)给豚鼠接毒1—4天,研究其代谢模型各室F~-含量的关系。材料和方法动物在空气流速为40m~3/h,体积为0.630m~3的圆筒型有机玻璃柜中吸入氟化氢,液态氟化氢通过蠕动泵流入150℃的汽化炉,蒸发产生气态氟化氢。可通过改变溶液的浓度和容量或通过改变用以稀释氟化氢
INTRODUCTION Oral and parenteral applications of fluoride have greatly increased the effects on animals in the area of fluoride inhalation through the lungs.
