本文报告了在大鼠的不同妊娠阶段,一次或多次投给镉后,镉在母体内的分布、排泄、向胎儿的转移以及在胎盘内的蓄积情况。实验选用Wister系雌、雄大鼠,体重为150~180g,雌性大鼠体重超过200g后,以雌鼠2只与雄鼠1只同笼一夜,翌晨检查雌鼠阴道,出现精子作为妊娠的第零天,供实验用。投药后,于妊娠的第18天处死动物。采用特级氯化镉,用精制蒸馏水溶解,配成每2ml含3、1、0.17mg的溶液,以每公斤体重2毫升
This article reports the distribution, excretion of cadmium in the mother’s body, transfer to the fetus, and accumulation in the placenta after one or more doses of cadmium at different gestation stages in rats. Female Wister male and female rats weighing 150-180g were used in the experiment. After female rats weighing more than 200g, two females and one male were caged overnight, and the female vagina was examined the next morning. Zero days for experimental use.
