辛亥革命前十年间的山东民众生活日趋艰辛,清王朝内忧外患,统治岌岌可危,再加上官吏贪腐、“民怨”沸腾,社会控制力越来越弱。“民变”时时发生,社会骚乱不断,社会失范日趋严重。这一时期的山东社会力量出现了分化、组合,社会分裂严重,有组织的反政权力量日益强大,原有的社会秩序濒临瓦解。山东与全国其他省区一同推动了辛亥革命的形成、发展及高潮的到来,是全国辛亥革命的一个重要组成部分。 During the first decade of the 1911 Revolution, Shandong people became more and more hardy.
