目的:探讨E-选择素基因rs3917407GT和rs5365CT位点多态性与哈尼族原发性高血压的关系。方法:采用PCR测序技术,对云南哈尼族172例原发性高血压患者和133例正常对照的E-选择素基因rs3917407GT和rs5365CT的错义突变进行检测。结果:在哈尼族中未发现rs3917407G,发现rs5365C基因。rs 5365C等位基因频率在原发性高血压组中为3.2%,正常对照组中为2.6%,两组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:哈尼族中E-选择素基因无rs3917407G基因存在,有rs5365C基因存在,但其多态性与哈尼族原发性高血压可能无明显相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between E-selectin gene rs3917407G T and rs5365C T polymorphism and Hani’s essential hypertension. Methods: The missense mutations of rs3917407G T and rs5365C T of E-selectin gene in 172 essential hypertensive patients and 133 normal controls were detected by PCR. RESULTS: No rs3917407G was found in the Hani population and the rs5365C gene was found. The rs 5365C allele frequency was 3.2% in the essential hypertension group and 2.6% in the normal control group, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: There is no gene of rs3936540 in E-selectin gene of Hani population, and there is rs5365C gene in Hani population. However, the polymorphism of E-selectin gene may not have significant correlation with Hani’s essential hypertension.
