师专图书馆的主要服务对象是教师和学生,这就需要我们掌握师生的阅读特点,不断开拓读者服务工作的深度和广度,最大限度地满足读者的需求。略作分析,我以为,他们的阅读特点不外是:文化水平比较整齐,阅读有一定的专业性、计划性和阶段性。根据这些特点,我把他们分为老教师读者群,青年教师读者群,学生读者群。
The main service targets of teachers’ college libraries are teachers and students, which requires us to master the reading characteristics of teachers and students, and constantly open up the depth and breadth of readers’ service work to meet the readers’ needs to the maximum. A little analysis, I thought, their reading characteristics are nothing more than: a relatively tidy educational level, reading a certain degree of professionalism, planning and stage. According to these characteristics, I divided them into an old teacher reader group, a young teacher reader group, and a student reader group.
