为了解决夏季温室高温问题,研制了温室喷雾-水膜降温系统,本文论述了该系统的结构及性能,讨论了各种有关因素对降温效果的影响,喷头和水膜材料的选择依据及其光谱特性。试验表明:采用该系统用纤维膜作水膜材料,室内温度可降低7~8℃,比室外温度低3~4℃,湿度提高,室内温度随之上升;通风率与侧窗开启程度有关。
In order to solve the problem of high temperature in greenhouse in summer, the greenhouse spray-water film cooling system was developed. The structure and performance of the system were discussed. The influence of various factors on the cooling effect, the selection basis of spray head and water film material and its spectrum characteristic. The experiment shows that the fiber membrane used in the system can be used as water film material, the indoor temperature can be reduced by 7-8 ℃, 3-4 ℃ lower than the outdoor temperature, the humidity can be increased, and the indoor temperature can be increased. The ventilation rate is related to the opening degree of the side windows.
