目的:了解潜江市售食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况及分布。方法:按照湖北省食源性致病菌监测方案的要求,2010和2011两年在潜江市6个监测点内采集十六类市售食品共计331份,对其进行沙门菌、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌O157:H7、副溶血性弧菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、阪崎肠杆菌七种食源性致病的监测分析。结果:331份食品样品中,分离出目的菌14株,其中沙门菌4株,单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌2株,蜡样芽胞杆菌2株,金黄色葡萄球菌6株,总检出率4.23%。结论:通过主动监测,掌握食源性致病菌的分布情况,及早发现食品的安全隐患,有助于进一步确立风险管理决策,降低人群食源性疾病的发病率。
Objective: To understand the food market in Qianjiang foodborne pathogens contamination and distribution. Methods: According to the requirements of Hubei province food-borne pathogenic bacteria monitoring program, in the two monitoring stations of Qianjiang City in 2010 and 2011, a total of 331 samples of 16 types of commercially available foods were collected, and Salmonella, monocytes Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli O157: H7, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Bacillus cereus, Enterobacter sakazakii seven food-borne pathogenic surveillance analysis. Results: Among 331 food samples, 14 strains were isolated, of which 4 were Salmonella, 2 were Listeria monocytogenes, 2 were Bacillus cereus and 6 were Staphylococcus aureus. The total detection rate 4.23%. Conclusion: Proactive monitoring and grasping of the distribution of food-borne pathogens and early detection of potential safety hazards of food will help to further establish risk management decision-making and reduce the incidence of food-borne diseases in the population.
